LSP-900-V-E
TLD lavatory and water trucks have been present on the Chinese market for over 10 years. With the increased focus on reducing harmful emissions and using clean energy, it was decided to develop a fully electric-powered vacuum aircraft lavatory servicing vehicle.
The project began in late 2015 and the prototype was built in July 2016 at our factory in Wuxi, China. With a 900 Gallon (3400L) total tank capacity (600 Gallon waste tank + 300 Gallon rising tank), the LSP-900-V-e can service 1xA380 (554 gallons), 3xA330 (184.92 gallons), almost 20xA320 (30.91gal), 35xB737 (17 gallons), or 2x747-8 (300 gallons) before the waste must be disposed of.
The LSP-900-V-e has the same great features inherent to this product line:
- The frontal approach towards the aircraft significantly reduces the risk of impact and enables a one-man operation of the machine, which also minimizes labor costs.
- The elevating working basket can extend to a height of up to 5 m (16.4’), enabling this machine to service all commercial aircraft.
- The compact nature of this equipment ensures it can be shipped in a 20GP container: L x W x H = 6025mm (5800mm by dismantling the front and rear bumper) x 2290mm x 1880mm.
The fully electric power train of the LSP-900-V-e does not emit any exhaust gas, minimizing its environmental impact both in terms of noise and emissions. Maintenance requirements are also significantly reduced.
Furthermore, high capacity (600Ah) lead-acid or Li-Ion batteries enable the equipment to travel for at least 75km whilst fully loaded and on a single charge.
LTM-900-V
The LTM-900 Aircraft Lavatory Servicing Vehicle is designed to provide airlines and the airport servicing industry, with an all stainless steel unit for servicing aircraft lavatory systems.
It is compatible with all present and known new-generation aircraft. The V-series features a vacuum pump that facilitates waste removal from aircraft. Improved design features simplify aircraft servicing, provide economical operation, reduce flight delays, cut maintenance costs, and minimizes risks of an environmental hazard.
The enclosed self-contained module is suitable for mounting on a standard cab type chassis, it provides a compact, low profile unit for driving under both narrow and wide-bodied aircraft.
WSP-900-E
The WSP-900-E aircraft potable water service vehicle is designed to provide potable water to all current commercial aircraft. The fully electric power train of the WSP-900-E does not emit any exhaust gas, minimizing its environmental impact both in terms of noise and emissions.
Maintenance requirements are also significantly reduced. The frontal approach towards the aircraft significantly reduces the risk of impact and enables a one-man operation of the machine, which also minimizes labor costs.
LSP-900
The LSP-900 Aircraft Lavatory Servicing Vehicle is designed to provide airlines and the airport servicing industry an all stainless steel unit for application on all current new generation aircraft.
Engineered to the highest standards, the LSP-900 stands up to extreme weather and abusive ramp conditions. Improved design features simplify aircraft servicing, provide economical operation, reduce flight delays, cut maintenance costs, and minimizes risks of an environmental hazard.
This equipment allows aircraft servicing up to 5m [16.4’] height with 2.9m [114”] lift. All pumping operation controls are performed from the front lifting platform in a safe environment. The operator’s cab is rubber shock-mounted for a comfortable drive and provides excellent ramp visibility. The LSP-900 complies with common international requirements and regulations.
