TFE-3.5

The TFE-3.5 is a single platform container loader & transporter with the capability to handle all lower lobes containers with up to 3500 kg (7,700 lbs) maximum payload. Designed to efficiently load and unload the A319-320/321 the TFE-3.5 is also compatible with lower lobes of all commercial wide-body aircraft with doorsill up to 3500 mm (139”). The TFE-3.5 offers the one-man operation, versatility of use, quick and economical solution for freight transport & loading with maximum operator safety. TXL-737

Model TXL-737 is a double platform loader designed for one-man operation with the capability to handle LD1-LD2-LD3-LD4-LD6-LD8-AKH-AKG containers and standard 60.5" x 125" pallets. The TXL-737 is ideal for load/offload of A319-A320-A321 series aircraft but also all lower deck doors of wide-body aircraft with doorsills up to 3500 mm. The load conveying system allows efficient transfers in all climatic conditions with maximum operator safety. The TXL-737 utilizes the latest technologies and features components chosen for intensive use keeping maintenance simple and cost-effective.

TXL-737-E

TXL-737-E is a double platform loader designed for one-man operation with the capability to handle LD1-LD2-LD3-LD4-LD6-LD8-AKH-AKG containers and standard 60.5" x 125" pallets. The TXL-737-E is ideal for load/offload of A319-A320-A321 series aircraft but also all lower deck doors of wide-body aircraft with doorsills up to 3500 mm. The TXL-838 loader family offers 4 models designed to load and unload containers and pallets up to 7,6 tons (16,700lbs). Available in standard (TXL-838-STD) or a wide version (TXL-838-WID, TXL-838-UNI, TXL-838-SUP), the TXL-838 can be interfaced with 178cm (70 "), 254cm (100") or 356cm (140 ") doors for the wide version, ranging aircraft from B707 to A320. TXL-838-reGen

The TXL-838-reGen is an electrical battery-powered self-propelled, dual-platform loader designed to transfer containers and pallets weighing up to 7 600 kg (16,700 lbs.) TXL-838-reGen is available in configurations STD, WID, UNI, and SUP* to service all commercial aircraft’s requirements. The TXL-838-reGen features a unique, patented TLD-designed system that optimizes the energy consumption and battery life thanks to an innovative power management system that includes the regeneration into super-capacitors of the energy, usually lost, of the elevator going down. The electrical components installed on the TXL-838-reGen are 80 Volts, off the shelf and commonly used, and known in the GSE industry. This state-of-the-art system provides the TXL-838-reGen the best autonomy along with a significantly reduced operating cost compared to an engine-powered loader while keeping the same performance.*The reGen technology is complementary to our TXL-838-series versions (STD, WID, UNI, & SUP).
