CF 33
The CF33 model is a compact, trailer-mounted, Air Conditioning unit designed to satisfy the requirements of many military aircraft varying from Lockheed Martin F16 to Dassault Rafale and Dassault Mirage 2000 in a large range of external conditions. Depending on the cooling or heating mode selection, the air outlet temperature will be maintained at 10°C or 25°C in external conditions between -30°C and +55°C.
The unit is also designed to maintain the air outlet moisture below 3g water/dry air kg. The CF33 is powered by utility power. The CF33 is composed with top of line material, resulting in extremely low maintenance during its lifetime.
This unit utilizes the R134a refrigerant which creates no damage to the atmospheric ozone. The reduced height and the compactness of the unit ensure good maneuverability and visibility in a congested area.
PFA-25
PFA-25 is a rugged military aircraft loader and transporter. It is self-propelled and self-loadable into military airlift aircraft the size of C-160 and above. PFA-25 carries 5 x 463L military pallets (88" x 108") and a maximum load of 25 tonnes / 55,000 lbs. It can also handle most standard pallets (P1P, Type V Airdrop), CDS, ULDs, 6 m / 20 ft ISO containers, loose loads, and rolling stock. PFA-25 has a lifting range from 940 mm to 2300 mm and is fully compatible with battlefield airlift (C-295, C-27J, and An-32), medium airlift (C-130), and heavy military airlift aircraft (C-17, A400M, and IL-76). PFA-25 is designed for rapid reaction deployment by air and the worst military field conditions.
ACU-804-MIL
The ACU-804-MIL Air Conditioning Unit is an extension of the standard ACU-804 product line.
The ACU-804-MIL is a self-contained, fully portable air conditioning unit suitable for single or dual connection aircraft operating in high ambient temperature environments.
The ACU-804-MIL has been specially designed to deliver 50°F or cooler air in a 140°F ambient condition. This is sufficient to achieve and maintain comfortable cabin temperatures on any narrow or medium-bodied aircraft in any climate.
The simple, but rugged design, is targeted towards ease of maintenance and reliability to support operations in high ambient conditions.
The TLD Direct Drive Technology minimizes components and enhances reliability and increases efficiency by driving the compressor and blower directly from the diesel engine.
The large and efficient condenser fan is powered by a simple hydraulic system to provide years of reliable operation.
The ACU-804-MIL utilizes a specially designed blower optimized for use on military aircraft (non-fighter).
The ACU-804-MIL is crafted using commonly available commercial, off-the-shelf components, that lesson the logistics effort required to field and supports this product.
GF 30 M
GF30M is a mobile diesel air conditioning unit designed to cool or when equipped, heat an aircraft to obtain adequate temperature in the cabin and the Forward and Aft forced air systems during pre-flight operations, boarding, and maintenance.
It has sufficient cooling power for aircraft type E-3 AWACS and A330 MRTT and meets the needs and requirements of military aircraft in most climates.
It can be specifically configured for continental/tropical or desert conditions. The GF30M is built with top-of-the-line material, resulting in extremely low maintenance requirements during its lifetime. The cooling circuit does not need to be opened and maintained before 100,000 hours of operation. The GF30M utilizes the R134a refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential.
MBL-30
MBL-30 is designed to handle a variety of stores, such as weapons, ammunition, rockets, pylons, or fuel tanks during military aircraft loading operations. It is a self-propelled vehicle with a low, heavy-duty frame supported by six small, high-capacity wheels. It uses a unique and adjustable “all-wheel steering” system, which enables it to change wheelbase and front track configuration whilst fully loaded. The rear axle can also be adjusted to give greater ground clearance and features a “stability” alerting system.
MBL-30 comprises two principal functional components: the lifting mechanism with a lift boom that can orientate stores to the aircraft weapons stations in all 3 axes; and a manipulating head. The manipulating head is located at the upper end of the lift boom and is capable of limited but precise lateral, longitudinal, tilt, and yaw articulation by the operator. MBL-30 is air-transportable and can self-load into the battlefield (C-27J and C-295), medium (C130), and large (A400M, C-17, and IL-72) military airlift aircraft.
MBL-30 is a combat-proven, rugged weapons loader perfectly designed for rapid deployment and operations in austere field conditions.
LCU-050
LCU-050 is a self-contained, trailer-mounted, liquid cooling unit. The LCU-050 supplies chilled PAO, EGW, or other cooling liquid to the aircraft liquid loop to remove up to 50 kW of heat from the onboard avionics. The LCU-050 is designed with high reliability, industrial-grade components to meet the demands of military service.
The LCU-050’s color touchscreen allows for easy, intuitive controls and the advanced control system allows the operator to fine-tune delivery temperature and pressure or ‘set it and forget it with the system managing cooling operations. The LCU-050 is qualified to a wide range of military requirements and standards, including EMI, air transport, mobility, and environmental requirements.
LCU-050 is available as a self-powered diesel variant (with optional shore power) or a pure electric variant for applications where diesel power is not required. In all variants, the LCU-050 is designed for ease of maintenance, with easy access to major components and troubleshooting support.
