GF40
The GF40 is a mobile diesel air conditioning unit designed to cool or, when equipped, heat an aircraft to obtain adequate temperature in the cockpit and cabin during pre-flight operations, boarding, and maintenance.
It has sufficient cooling power for narrow and wide-body aircraft (C to E types) and meets the needs and requirements of civil aircraft in all climates. It can be specifically configured for continental, tropical, or desert conditions. The GF40 is built with top-of-the-line material, resulting in extremely low maintenance requirements during its lifetime.
SCU-025
The SCU-025 is a supplemental, portable air conditioning unit that is designed to provide sub-freezing air to aircraft in tandem with any large ACU. The SCU accepts cooled air from any suitable ACU and further cools the air to about minus 10°C (-15°F).
This patented concept provides exceptional cooling efficiency while minimizing acquisition costs for subfreezing air systems. Equipment owners can continue to use their existing fleet of ACUs in tandem with the SCU, resulting in a very low cost yet effective solution. The simple yet rugged design consists of a diesel engine directly driving a refrigeration screw compressor and condenser fan. This is the unique “TLD Direct Drive” technology which provides more cooling for the same input power, and has a reduced part count, resulting in higher reliability and lower total cost of ownership. The belt-driven condenser fan exhausts waste heat directly upward making the unit immune to performance fluctuations due to varying wind conditions and minimizing heat and noise radiated to the immediate ramp area.

RBL
The RBL is a belt loader specifically adapted to the regional aircrafts and congested areas. Selfpropelled, it is a one man operation belt loader, highly maneuverable to approach aircrafts in a very safe mode, while bringing productivity compare to a towable version, thanks to an upright driving position with a tiller head.
Designed for reliability and low maintenance costs, the RBL uses the latest and proven technology and features. Location and accessibility of all components have been designed to reduce maintenance time to a minimum.
The 6m boom design allows the RBL boom to reach the lowest level in the market, and can serve all the doors up to 2.7 m including A320 series and B737. The RBL has been ergonomically designed to provide simple controls and excellent visibility.
BC-6520
The BC6520 is designed with durability for transporting bulk loads up to 2000kg. Three side fixed panel with lockable double slide metal panel safely protects the bulky mail bags/tiny mail boxes during towing.
Smooth steel plate formed into “V" shape along longitudinal centre line for increased load stability. The fifth wheel steering system ensures smooth turning of the baggage cart, keeping each cart in a train to follow the identical track of the towing tractor.
BC-6521
The BC6521 is designed with durability for transporting bulk loads up to 2000kg. Heavy duty waterproof sliding transparent curtains with stainless steel posts and chains on both sides keeps rain away whilst strengthening the GSE design.
The operator can see easily condition of loads inside the cart at a glance even with curtains closed. The fifth wheel steering system ensures smooth turning of the baggage cart, keeping each cart in a train to follow the identical track of the towing tractor.
BC-6601
The chassis is manufactured from heavy-duty steel and is designed to take loads safely up to 2000 kg. A smooth steel plate formed into ‘V' shape is installed along for increased load stability and the deck height meets industry standards.
Open safety railings on two sides protect load during towing. Panel heights are restricted to prevent overloading by operators.A standard safety feature is the automatic safety brake incorporated into the towbar. This mechanism will apply brakes if the cart accidentally breaks free while being towed.
The towbar assembly is lightweight for safe manual handling and strong enough to withstand rough operator use and fifth wheel steering is designed for easy steering and greater tracking ability. The chassis sits on hubless rims with solid rubber 4.00 tyres fitted as standard.
The trailer is finished off with one layer of high quality primer and two layers of enamel paint for a durable finish.
